Policy Pioneers is India House’s flagship 4 month hybrid leadership program designed to train the next generation of systemic leaders who want to work at the level of policy, institutions, and governance to drive durable, large-scale change.
Who is the program for: Early and mid-career professionals from any background
What you will experience in the program:
Participants learn from people who have made policy happen, senior bureaucrats, IAS officers, UN advisors, and seasoned practitioners. Specializations offered in: Trade, Technology and Public systems & Governance. Engage and become a part of a growing policy ecosystem that supports serious, long-term vision for nation-building & leadership. Through hands-on projects, participants apply real-world skills by working directly with bureaucrats and experts on live policy challenges. Who are we looking for: We are looking for individuals who choose purpose over comfort, have the capability to work within systems, and the courage to lead change where it actually happens.
