Position Summary

We are looking for an Innovation Director to join our team in Lima, Peru. The Innovation Director is responsible for managing the innovation process inside the organization, and identifying strategies, business opportunities and new technologies in education.

This role focuses on two elements in particular: guiding new initiatives at Innova, and searching the world of education and business for inspiration for the schools.  This person has to be constantly scanning the international landscape for inspiring teaching methods, tools, and learning software that support Innova´s learning model.

Job Description

·       Strategy leadership: Shape Innova´s innovation strategy. Bring a culture of innovation and design thinking to Innova.

·       Innovation team leadership: Launch, maintain and coordinate an innovation team at Innova. Create both physical and emotional space for the innovation team to thrive.

·       Gathering inspiration: Collect inspiration from the Innova network and from global benchmarking in education and business.

·       Initiative design: Develop and organize new experiments, prototypes and pilots in collaboration with other team members for learning purpose.

·       Metrics and evaluation: Develop, identify and track metrics of adoption and effectiveness of new initiatives.

·       Implementation guidance: Support the management team to roll out innovation initiatives across all Innova schools.
