ABOUT THE DATA AND PROGRAM OPERATIONS MANAGER ROLE:
Legal Education Access Pipeline (LEAP) is seeking a highly organized, people-centered Data & Program Operations Manager to join LEAP's small and mighty team on a part-time basis (Los Angeles or Bay Area; Bay Area preferred), with a July 1, 2026 start date. This is a behind-the-scenes-but-essential role: you'll manage LEAP's fellow database in Airtable, keep track of milestones and deadlines across multiple cohorts (current fellows, 1Ls, 2Ls, 3Ls, and alumni), serve as a key communications touchpoint for program participants, and support logistics for both virtual and in-person events throughout the year. The ideal candidate brings solid organizational and data chops, a warm and responsive communication style, and a genuine passion for equity and access in the legal profession.
