TeachFX is hiring a Head of Sales to join our fast-growing, mission-driven team! We're an edtech startup with a mission of superpowering teachers’ work and advancing equity in the classroom. The TeachFX app uses voice AI to show educators personalized insights about the learning dynamics in their classroom. We help teachers understand which of their instructional practices -- their questioning technique, lesson design, or use of wait time, uptake of student contributions, and other high-leverage strategies -- are making the greatest positive impact on student engagement and equity. We're scaling quickly (revenue grew 4.4x to $2.3M in the last year) and are backed by best-in-class impact investors including Reach Capital, Newfund, Brighteye, and Ulu Ventures.
We're looking for a Head of Sales who shares our passion for equity in education to support our rapid growth, create systems and processes to support us as we scale, and take us to the next level as a company. This person would serve as a key business leader, reporting to our CEO and founder. They'd lead the development and execution of our revenue strategy, own and deliver on ambitious scaling targets, and be responsible for the growth and professional development of our amazing sales team. It's a big opportunity for an ambitious, experienced sales leader who's looking for ownership and impact in a highly entrepreneurial role.
