We’re a high-growth nonprofit doing meaningful, hands-on work with young people, and we’re looking for someone scrappy, organized, and hungry to grow alongside us. This role is perfect for someone who wants real responsibility, real learning, and real impact — not just busywork.

You’ll help run programs, support events, keep operations moving, and be part of a small team that builds together. Some days you’ll be coordinating logistics or supporting our Facilitator Institute. Other days you might be setting up a space, moving materials, organizing systems, or jumping into whatever challenge needs solving.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support the execution of workshops, events, and programs from behind the scenes and on-site
• Help set up and break down event spaces (moving tables, materials, and supplies)
• Keep office spaces, systems, and program materials organized and ready to go
• Assist with administrative coordination for programs, including elements of our Facilitator Institute
• Problem-solve creatively when things shift or challenges arise
• Work closely with leadership to keep priorities moving forward
• Wear multiple hats — because that’s how small, high-impact teams work
