Position Summary
Our dynamic, growing team at Panorama Strategy seeks a Senior Project Manager. We are looking for a self-directed individual who is a problem solver, values being part of a team, and is excited by change.
This role will provide high-quality project management, research and partner relation support for a portfolio of projects[*], which may include:
- Providing strategic global health communications for an initiative overseen by a non-profit working to advance vaccine preparedness for infectious diseases. In this project, Panorama Strategy supports our partner by developing a global communications strategy, consulting with key project stakeholders and executing on a variety tactics as part of the communications strategy.
- Comprehensive research and strategic support for a life sciences industry partner interested in expanding their global health security portfolio and advancing the potential of their new products pipeline. In this project, Panorama Strategy supports the partner by providing ongoing research, analysis and recommendations on how they can increase impact and fulfill their mission of helping those who need it most.
This position reports to a Senior Program Officer and is open to being fully remote on a permanent basis.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain work plans, roadmaps, and other project management tools to support project teams and ensure quality outcomes
- Draft and edit a variety of materials to support partner initiatives, including written briefs, strategy documents, and meeting materials using PowerPoint
- Support multiple projects at one time and ensure high quality communication and outcomes for internal and external stakeholders
- Independently provide ongoing research and analytical support for projects or initiatives
- Manage the planning for events, key meetings, convenings, and presentations which may include developing agendas, managing participant communication, handling logistics, and preparing and disseminating materials
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders with comfort to develop and maintain healthy team dynamics and relationships
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical, writing, and verbal skills for communicating and collaborating with broad and diverse stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize large quantities of information and make strategic recommendations
- Proven ability to lead and collaborate in a constructive, diplomatic manner and to build and sustain cross-functional relationships, both with internal and external stakeholders
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, often with ambiguity, and managing multiple stakeholders while ensuring high quality deliverables and strong relationships
- Proactive with ability to accomplish work efficiently and with initiative
- Experience balancing competing priorities and identifying when to escalate an issue
- Skilled in partnership, transparent communication, and cultural awareness
- Interest in continuous learning both in personal and professional growth with a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Aptitude for identifying synergies in dynamic contexts
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with at least three years of experience working on global health and development or international social impact issues, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Experience cultivating and managing partnerships
- Skilled In supporting a project or program from conception to implementation
- Adept in conducting detail-oriented research and summarizing findings, including capturing key takeaways for various audiences
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Fluency in written and spoken English
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of the global health security landscape
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud
- Experience with digital media management
- Proficiency in another language a plus
Benefits
The salary range for this position is $62,000 to $80,000 depending on experience.
