We’re hiring a Product Lead to build the backbone of cash delivery

Every dollar we send, every phone ping, every recipient experience — it all runs on tech. And now, we’re rebuilding the system that powers it. We’re looking for a Product Lead to design and lead our next-generation cash delivery platform: the backbone that helps us move money faster, more securely, and with better recipient experience.

You’ll define the vision, build systems from the ground up, and work with engineers and field and operations teams to make sure every design decision translates into real-world impact.

This isn’t a “ship features on autopilot” role — it’s a chance to shape the infrastructure that will let us 8–10x our delivery speed and set a new standard for how aid moves.
