We’re now looking for a Fundraising Manager who wants to go beyond targets and numbers, and help build a movement for equitable education.

Role: Fundraising Manager
 Location: India (Remote)

 Experience: 3+ years | Full-time

Why this role matters

As a Fundraising Manager, you won’t just raise funds — you’ll:

• Build long-term relationships with donors who believe in education and equity

• Craft stories and proposals that reflect real student impact

• Help NavGurukul expand its campuses, programs, and reach

• Directly enable free education and career pathways for hundreds of young people

What you’ll do

• Work closely with the Fundraising Lead to achieve annual fundraising goals

• Engage with foundations, CSR partners, and individual donors

• Write compelling proposals, decks, and impact reports

• Research and unlock new funding opportunities

• Coordinate donor calls, visits, and meaningful engagements

• Collaborate with program teams to bring real impact stories to life

Who should apply

• You have 3+ years of experience in fundraising, CSR, partnerships, or social-sector business development

• You enjoy storytelling, relationship-building, and strategic thinking

• You want your work to matter beyond profit

• You’re excited to work in a fast-paced, purpose-driven non-profit

Compensation & Transparency

NavGurukul is a non-profit, and our salaries are modest compared to corporate roles. This position may involve a pay cut of around 60–80%, depending on your current compensation.

Salary Range: ₹5–8 LPA
