DIME is looking for someone with experience programming household surveys in SurveyCTO for a short-term consultancy position, to start immediately. See below job ad, contact Dan Rogger (dro...@worldbank.org) if interested.

Job Ad: Short Term Consultancy

Researchers at University College London are looking for a consultant to program a public officials survey using SurveyCTO (based on Open Data Kit). The assignment is to take a lengthy paper-based survey on the characteristics and experiences of civil servants in Ghana and convert it to SurveyCTO format. It would need to have proper pre-loading, skips, and logical checks. The consultant will be provided with the paper-based survey. The consultant will be expected to provide quality control on the survey instrument, and will be responsible for fixing all bugs.

The consultant will be expected to produce a first draft of the survey, which will then be tested and piloted. They will then be responsible for fixes/changes to the survey that come up during piloting and training.

Qualifications:

Experience programming survey questionnaires using SurveyCTO or open data kit.

Fluency in English Required.

Contract Details

The consultant would be hired as a short-term consultant, at rates according to experience. We expect the assignment to last around 10 days. The work will start as soon as possible, and we will consider applicants on a rolling schedule. Applicants should send a CV to Dan Rogger (dro...@worldbank.org).
