We’re hiring for a People Operations & Systems Lead at NavGurukul.
This role is for someone who enjoys working closely with people, building simple and practical systems, and making sure things actually work on the ground. A lot of the work involves HR operations, processes, coordination, and improving how we do things as an organisation, without making it complicated.
If you like figuring things out, simplifying messy processes, and working in a fast-moving, impact-focused environment, this could be a good fit. The role is remote, with some travel to campuses when required.
