Karisha Community Center for Wellness seeks a Startup COO-CFO. 

 Karisha is a Public Benefit Corporation, building Greater Austin's innovative, integrative lifestyle medicine community for EVERYbody to disrupt status quo healthcare. 

Need 

1. startup experience as COO-CFO

2. capital raise experience

3. construction / financing experience

4. ability to operationalize a vision / plan & ensure profitability

I am a family medicine physician in Austin, Texas developing a 14,800 SF health and wellness center as a prototype to shift from sick care for all people -- insurance and membership based payment model, one stop shop for doctors, yoga, acupuncture, massage, nutrition, etc.

We are pre-revenue. I seek someone who can take a low salary and be compensated with equity and build the company + future centers with me .
