Associate Partner, Community - Bay Ed Fund

Hi folks,

I'm helping spread the word about another role at the Bay Ed Fund with my good friends. This role is for their Associate Partner, Community.

The ideal candidate for this role is an equity champion willing to disrupt dysfunctional power dynamics with humility and a servant leader committed to realizing transformational change - hand-in-hand - with partner communities. In this role, they will spend 70% or more of their time in communities with families, students and educators. We are looking for someone who speaks Spanish, and it's a plus if they have experience living in and/or working in San Mateo, Santa Clara, or San Francisco counties. The salary range for the role is $90K-120K based on experience.
