Direct and manage external agencies and vendors to closely manage performance and budget with an eye to what programs can be transitioned in house
Bring your analytics experience and cross-functional skills to work with analytics and ops to ensure clear spend and performance tracking
Optimize budget allocation to maximize and achieve target Cost per Acquisition (CPA) and efficiently scale new customers
Build and manage the conversion funnel from creative to landing page conversion, including writing compelling copy for ads, and partnering with designers to create ad images and visual assets used in flows
Identify and explore potential paid acquisition channels based on your previous experience and understanding of the target market
Collaborate with lifecycle and other marketing teams to share learnings and leverage top converting content and assets
Work with legal, design, and the broader cross-functional teams to ensure all tests are compliant
Ensure all ads meet quality, branding, voice, and content guidelines
Your experience:
3+ years minimum experience managing large scale UA campaigns across various networks such as: FB, IG, Google, Twitter, Pinterest & LinkedIn
Experience driving acquisition at B2B2C or B2C company with long conversion cycles; our business is not quick-turn ecommerce
Experience building landing pages and ad creative
Experience using multiple data sources and measurement platforms and extracting actionable next steps from data
You speak to conversion metrics with ease.
Experience taking informed risks.
Passion for our mission and values

Have only ecommerce experience
Want an established position with precedent to follow and a set blueprint to carry out; we need self-starters.
Are looking for low risk and a slow pace
Want to join a large team - marketing at Landed is small but mighty
