Project Manager, DMLAEquityOffice – District Management Group (Boston, MA)

The DMLAEquityOffice aims to meet school districts wherever they are in their equity journeys and provide guidance, thought partnership, and expertise for assessing key challenges and developing strategic approaches to increasing equity for students, staff, and families.

 

The Project Manager will guide and support the success of the DMLAEquityOffice from both a project management perspective and a business development perspective. This involves managing multiple projects at once, working closely with Equity Advisors to optimize their project workflows, and proactively identifying and managing hotspots across district projects.

Equity Advisor, DMLAEquityOffice – District Management Group (remote)

The DMLAEquityOffice aims to meet school districts wherever they are in their equity journeys and provide guidance, thought partnership, and expertise for assessing key challenges and developing strategic approaches to increasing equity for students, staff, and families.

 

Each Equity Advisor will serve as the main point of contact for upwards of 10 participating districts at a time, providing consultation and guidance to district leaders on issues of diversity, equity, and inclusion while helping district leaders to maintain momentum toward implementing long-term systemic change. Equity Advisors will oversee the development and implementation of district-specific, strategic plans for equity and then support and influence district leaders to operationalize their vision.

Breakthrough Teams Project Manager, DMSolutions – District Management Group (Boston, MA)

In DMGroup’s Breakthrough Team Approach, school teams are tasked with taking on a specific challenge to improve their school’s performance in an area that directly aligns with a district-wide strategic priority. Team members collaborate to innovate and test ideas, continuously measure their results, and pivot when necessary to achieve their goals within a 10-week period.

 

The Breakthrough Teams Project Manager will steer this program and its district partnerships toward success by liaising with clients to organize and lead implementation of Breakthrough initiatives. You will serve as a primary point of contact for performance coaches, coach managers, and district representatives. You will keep things running by creating and maintaining detailed project plans, providing program updates to senior leaders both internally and externally, and leading programmatic data analysis that supports coaches and the program in its iterative change process.

Performance Coach, DMSolutions – District Management Group (remote)

The Performance Coach leads teams in school districts to achieve unprecedented levels of performance and outcomes for students. Each team is tasked with taking on a specific challenge to improve their school’s performance in an area that directly aligns with a district-wide strategic priority. Teams collaborate to innovate and test ideas, continuously measure their results, and pivot when necessary to achieve their goals within a 10-week period. As a Performance Coach, you will work with five teams for 10-week cycles, providing individual and team coaching as well as real-time, practical professional development grounded in quantitative and qualitative analysis.

Inside Sales Representative, DMSolutions – District Management Group (remote)

The Inside Sales Representative is charged with positioning DMSolutions software products and services to prospective K-12 school districts. The heart of this role is creating consultative virtual relationships with both new and existing clients in the K-12 market. The ideal candidate possesses an education, sales and technical background that enables them to achieve activity-based metrics and establish credibility with decision-makers. You are a self-starter who is prepared to develop and execute against a territory coverage plan, manage multiple accounts, and consistently deliver on quarterly revenue targets.

Senior Associate, DMConsulting – District Management Group (Boston, MA)

This position offers an opportunity to focus on the biggest issues that school systems face, work directly with respected leaders in K-12 public education, and receive coaching from seasoned leaders.

 

The Senior Associate will develop and manage multi-year strategies for client school districts. This work involves collecting data, conducting analysis and focus groups, developing recommendations, and managing projects effectively. You will also be responsible for expanding DMGroup’s library of district case studies and best practices, providing feedback and ideas to the software solutions team as they develop technology products, and working with internal staff to ensure the continued growth and effectiveness of DMGroup’s programs. This role is similar to the Associate, DMConsulting role but involves more responsibility and therefore requires more experience.

Associate, DMSolutions – District Management Group (Boston, MA)

This position offers an opportunity to focus on the biggest issues that school systems face and address these issues by leveraging technology in strategic ways.

 

The Associate will work closely with the Senior Associate, the software development team, and school districts to create products that identify and solve complex issues across elementary, middle, and high schools. The work ranges from product development and implementation to usability testing and general QA associated with new product releases or enhancements. The ideal candidate is interested in education technology with strong organizational and analytical skills.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Director of Strategic Partnerships and Sponsorships will broker a robust, BRIC-wide corporate sponsorship portfolio to activate assets such as the BRIC Celebrate Brooklyn! Festival, the BRIC JazzFest, major visual art exhibitions, and other signature programming. The ideal candidate is a sponsorship marketing professional with at least 8 years of sponsorship sales experience in music and art (preferred) and a natural networker who has a demonstrated track record of generating revenue for rights holders and ROI for sponsors.

Reporting to BRIC’s Senior Vice President of Marketing & Communications, the Director of Marketing will help lead the execution of marketing and advertising for BRIC, develop strategies for and oversee the execution of BRIC’s efforts to attract audiences and program participants, and provide leadership for maintaining and increasing institutional visibility.
