We're hiring a Senior Manager, Philanthropic Partnerships to join TSP International, a new and growing entity within The Sunrise Project network.

This is a senior role for someone who knows how to build and sustain meaningful relationships with major philanthropies, particularly in Europe and Asia. You'll work across a global team, partner closely with program directors and executive leadership, and help shape how we engage with the funders driving climate justice forward.

We're looking for someone with a track record of closing seven and eight-figure gifts, strong instincts for the philanthropist experience, and the confidence to represent a complex, evolving organisation with clarity and conviction.
