HIRING: Senior Development Associate (San Francisco - hybrid)

KickStart International is hiring a San Francisco-based Senior Development Associate to join our fundraising team!

This hybrid role (remote 3 days/week) is ideal for a detail-oriented fundraising professional who thrives on the strategic work behind individual donor cultivation: from prospect research and data analysis to donor engagement and stewardship. You'll work closely with our Chief of Staff to deepen the organization's connection with individual supporters and attract new donors aligned with our mission.

KickStart is an award-winning nonprofit social enterprise with an ambitious mission to lift millions of smallholder farmers across Sub-Saharan Africa out of poverty. We design and distribute low-cost irrigation tools and train farmers in profitable irrigated farming, enabling them to grow and sell high-value crops year-round.
