• Location: Cambridge, MA, USA (hybrid, 2–3 days in office)
• Hiring Requirements: Massachusetts residency and U.S. work authorization  

I would like to highlight our recently open role of Employer Engagement Lead. This 37.5 hours/week full time role is responsible for growing partnerships that open doors to meaningful careers for adults from historically marginalized communities. This person will build and manage employer relationships, lead business development (including sponsorships and in-kind support), grow our advisory boards, and manage our internal systems (Salesforce) that connect partners to our training programs and alumni.

This would be a great fit for someone with a background in talent acquisition, sales or someone who can champion and build relationships. 

🏡 Remote/Hybrid/In-person: Hybrid remote/in-the-office position. With an average of 2-3 days in the office with occasional modifications to accommodate evening and weekend events
