We're hiring a Manager for The 1954 Project team at The CAFE Group!
The CAFE Group is a nonprofit reimagining how philanthropy operates. We invest in visionary leaders, early-career talent, and the infrastructure of social change, aligning capital, growing networks, and cultivating love as a strategy for lasting impact.
This role will drive the comprehensive execution of The 1954 Project - ensuring our annual Luminary selection process, network-building initiatives, capacity development programming, and strategic convenings run seamlessly and with excellence.
Key details:
- Location: Chicago, IL (hybrid - 3 days/week in office)
- Salary: $90,000-$95,000
