Founding Commercial Director – Floating Campus (UK-Based)

We are building a new-model, asset-backed education platform — the Floating Campus — and we’re looking for a UK-based founding commercial director to co-build and lead its launch.

This is not a traditional job. You will work alongside the founders to:

• Activate our warm £80K revenue pipeline

• Secure sponsorships and commercial partnerships

• Lead day-to-day operations of the campus

• Help bring the asset (the vessel) into operation

• Build systems to make the Floating Campus replicable and sustainable

What we’re looking for:

• Operational muscle: you like building systems from scratch

• Revenue-driven: you can convert interest into cashflow

• Comfortable with responsibility: you’ll run the Floating Campus alongside the founders

• Flexible mindset: you can work in a visionary-led, hybrid social + commercial model

Important:

• UK-based only (lender condition)

• Willingness to invest £25K via the British Business Bank start-up loan or personal funds, which is tied to the equity opportunity

• This is a co-founder track, fractional initially
