Mind Share Partners - a growing nonprofit startup that is ending the stigma of workplace mental health, and promoting mentally healthy and sustainable work cultures - recently launched its search for a pivotal role in our organization, a Managing Director of External Relations and Communications. This person will oversee a function including three areas of work: Movement Building, Marketing and Communications, and Corporate Engagement (as well as potentially overseeing the Fundraising function over time)—these efforts directly influence the larger workplace mental health movement. They will sit on the leadership team and report to our Founder & CEO, Kelly Greenwood.
Our ideal candidate is someone who:
Has 10-15+ years of professional experience
Is a seasoned marketing and communications generalist - with an emphasis on having a communications background
Has experience with B2B communications and developing strategies for a specific niche area (experience reaching HR leaders preferred)
A people leader who leads others through a DEIB lens and equitable leadership practices
An exceptional relationship builder, influencer and project manager
Position is U.S. based, remote and salary is 130-150k
