<Job Opportunity> Indian School of Democracy is looking for new team members

I hope you are doing well. We at Indian School of Democracy (ISD) are looking for new team members!  We have openings for 11 roles across the verticals. It will be great if you can help us spread the word in your networks. 

Summary of the positions: ( all positions based in New Delhi) 

1) Director, Program - 18-20 years of experience

Someone who understands adult leadership development and has worked with political workers. Political experience is really crucial for this role, as is knowledge of program design. Compensation is between 18-20 lakhs/annum.

2) Program Lead - 8-10 years of experience

Someone with experience in facilitation, leading a team and leadership program design work. Compensation is 12-13 lakhs/annum. This person will be leading The Good Politician program design and execution.

3) Program Manager - 4-6 years of experience

Someone with experience in session design and facilitation, and leadership program design. Compensation is 7-8 lakhs/annum. This person will potentially be working on The Good Politician program design and execution

4) Program Sr Associate - 3-4 years of experience

Someone with experience in session design and facilitation, and secondary research. Compensation is 5-6 lakhs/annum. 

5) Outreach Manager - 4-6 years of experience

Someone with experience in partnerships and marketing for a diverse target audience. This person will manage outreach for all our programs and build political partnerships. Compensation is 7-8 lakhs/annum. 

6) Comms Manager - 4-6 years of experience

Someone who has experience in brand building, digital marketing and understanding of how to reach rural & urban audiences. This person will help us reach our potential target audience for programs and also other stakeholders in the ecosystem. Compensation is 7-8 lakhs/annum.

7) Selection Manager - 4-6 years of experience

Someone with experience in recruitment, process management and data analysis. This person will manage selection processes for all the programs. Compensation is 7-8 lakhs/annum. 

8) Alumni Manager - 4-6 years of experience

Someone with experience in building communities, election strategy management and facilitation. Political experience and understanding is important for this role. Compensation is 7-8 lakhs/annum. 

9) Fundraising Sr Associate - 3-4 years of experience

Someone with experience in fundraising, crowdfunding and communication. This person will work with the co-founders in retail fundraising, grants work,etc. Compensation is 5-6 lakhs/annum. 

10) Admin, Finance Associate - 2 years of experience

Someone with experience in managing finance, accounting and administrative responsibilities. Experience in managing accounts, awareness of accounting regulations and data analysis is important. Compensation is 3.5-4 lakhs/annum. 

11) CXO -18-20 years of experience

Someone with experience in org development, managing teams and partnerships. This person will work with the co-founders in managing the org learning and also lead some verticals. Compensation is 18-20 lakhs/annum.
