The Behavior Change and Design team at Cityblock Health is recruiting for an advanced generalist who can walk the line between business strategy and behavior change to identify new patient engagement strategies, test them to various stages of fidelity, and partner with clinical, operational, and product partners to bring them to market. We design across a range of channels and levers -- in person engagement, SMS, live outreach, AI-solutions, care team facing solutions, incentives and more.
