The Associate will provide operational support across the team and help shape the fund's systems on pipeline management, capacity building, internal knowledge management and other areas.

Ideal Profile:
* 5+ years in fast-growing social impact organizations (social enterprise or non-profit)
* Great at keeping things and people organized
* Track record of improving processes or implementing new ideas
* Data driven and analytical. Love spreadsheets and drawing insights from numbers 📊
* Work well with entrepreneurial personalities and across cultures 🌍
