The CAFE Group, founded by philanthropists Liz and Don Thompson, is a one-of-a-kind nonprofit  dedicated to investing in leaders of color, recognizing the value of their knowledge, experience, and connection to the communities they serve. Through tailored offerings, including mentorship, networking, and seven-figure catalytic funding, The CAFE Group is reshaping how philanthropy interacts with and invests in Black and other leaders of color to ensure everyone can thrive.   

Currently, we're seeking to fill the following role:

Impact Associate 

• Hybrid, Chicago IL (3 day in office)
• $55-65,000
• The Impact Associate will play a key role in program operations, event coordination, and data management efforts. We're looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
