Juma Ventures (Juma), an award-winning youth workforce development nonprofit organization, seeks a Director of Institutional Giving. This role manages a portfolio of top-tier individual donors and prospects, leads major gift solicitation, manages the Individual Giving Manager and drives Juma’s annual individual giving strategy to achieve ambitious revenue goals. The Director of Major Gifts works collaboratively and transparently with the Chief Development Officer, CEO, board members, and cross-functional staff to advance Juma’s fundraising goals, deepen donor relationships, and create meaningful impact in the lives of young people nationwide.
