Job Title:  Program Manager of Leadership Development and Advocacy
Job Location: Oakland, CA (hybrid in-person/remote)

Salary: $68,000 - $82,000 DOE, plus excellent benefits

Position Overview

The Program Manager of Leadership Development and Advocacy is responsible for the implementation of Urban Habitat’s leadership development initiatives to help build the power of low-income people of color. This position primarily manages the Boards and Commissions Leadership Institute (BCLI), which includes recruiting candidates, refining the curriculum, and supporting the placement of the fellows.
