NavGurukul is looking for an experienced and purpose-driven Fundraising Lead to join us full-time (remote, India). This role is ideal for someone who has spent years building meaningful partnerships and now wants their work to directly enable large-scale social impact.

About the Role – Fundraising Lead

• Experience: 10+ years

• Location: India (Remote)

• Compensation: ₹9–12 LPA (non-profit aligned)

• Employment Type: Full-time

In this role, you will:

• Lead NavGurukul’s fundraising strategy and long-term financial sustainability

• Build and nurture relationships with foundations, CSR teams, HNIs, and philanthropists

• Identify and secure grants aligned with our education and skilling programs

• Represent NavGurukul in external forums, events, and conferences

• Mentor and guide the fundraising team while building systems and processes from scratch

This role matters deeply. Every partnership you build and every fund you raise will translate into life-changing opportunities for thousands of young people across our campuses.

We are mindful that non-profit compensation may involve a pay adjustment (around 60–80% of corporate roles), but for those who are motivated by purpose, ownership, and long-term impact, this role offers immense meaning and leadership scope.
