Salesforce.org Customer Philanthropy Team is looking for a talented Pro Bono Content Manager to help drive employee engagement efforts in pro bono volunteerism. The ideal candidate is passionate about using technology for good, is energized by challenge and willing to roll up their sleeves to get things done. The Pro Bono Content Manager will create volunteer enablement resources that support thousands of pro bono volunteers around the world and lead story-telling efforts that amplify pro bono volunteer engagement impact. 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Create, write and publish volunteer tools, resources and training content to educate and empower volunteers
  • Work closely with Partner Alliance team to deliver enablement resources and content that guides successful Salesforce implementations
  • Publish customer facing best practices for managing pro bono volunteerism that leads to successful Salesforce implementations
  • Own, catalog and maintain all Customer Philanthropy enablement and training resources
  • Source, write and publish success stories to recognize volunteers and position Salesforce.org as a thought leader in technology for good and pro bono volunteerism
  • Own and drive global communications campaign for annual Pro Bono Week
  • Design and launch volunteer recognition campaigns 
  • Organize, lead and facilitate pro bono events
  • Evangelize/present the power of pro bono volunteer initiatives through Salesforce, Salesforce.org, and 3rd party events


EXPERIENCE / SKILLS REQUIRED 
  • 6+ years experience in marketing / content development
  • Proven track record in crafting compelling positioning, messaging and thought leadership content
  • Stellar public speaking & story telling skills
  • Passion for technology, disruptive thinking, and doing good
  • Exceptional team player and collaborator who can deliver on the needs of multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • High energy, charismatic, innovative, individual who thrives in a fast paced environment
  • High proficiency in PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Salesforce product and platform features, capabilities, and common nonprofit and education use cases and challenges

EXPERIENCE / SKILLS DESIRED
  • Salesforce Admin Certification
  • Experience working in the nonprofit and/or education sector
  • Experience in Salesforce consulting, product management
