Juma Ventures (Juma), an award-winning youth workforce development nonprofit organization, seeks a Senior Director of Impact and Program. The Director sets the strategic direction, resourcing, and accountability structure for how Juma delivers impact at scale – owning the program and site operations budgets, setting the KPIs the organization is held to, and representing program and impact strategy to the Board, funders, and corporate partners. The Senior Director bridges organizational strategy and executive-level stakeholder management, building the systems and partnerships that allow Juma to scale.
