myAgro, a non-profit social enterprise based in West Africa is adding two new and exciting senior roles to our Impact team - 1. Director of Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) and 2. Here are a few details about each opportunity: 

Research and Development Director (Dakar, Senegal)- the ideal candidate will help us ensure that the products and services we deliver to farmers result in increased impact for small holder farmers over the next 5 years. Innovation and forward-thinking product / service development is at the heart of this role and we expect the candidate to drive myAgro's culture of innovation throughout the entire organization. 

Monitoring & Evaluation Director (Dakar, Senegal)- A rich understanding of our program's impact is essential to achieving our goal of serving one million farmers by 2025. We are looking for an M&E Director who can help myAgro better understand our impact, quatify it, and communicate it out internally and externally.
