Account Manager

As part of our dynamic Account Management team, you will be responsible for making our customers sublimely happy while staying true to who and what Catchafire is. You will serve our social good organization members as well as our professionals -- delivering to them the value of our Partnership, manage expectations, expertly field customer service issues, and provide excellent and proactive service.

The right candidate will view this role as an opportunity to:

Your responsibilities and our expectations
  • Manage all aspects of our relationships with our Partners
  • Manage all aspects of our relationships with Professionals as they are matched to projects with our Partner social good organizations in your book of business
  • Plan, create and maintain project plans for each Partner
  • Diligently log, track and report on the progress of Partners through their relationship with Catchafire
  • Provide excellent customer service when issues or problems arise with matches
  • Ensure consistency and quality of project deliverables for Partners
  • Generate partnerships and supporters through networks, attending industry events, and other channels
  • Help to plan and organize events and cultivate Catchafire community
  • Participate in tactical and strategic planning for community engagement
  • Ensure that business growth is in alignment with Catchafire's social mission and vision
  • Support and strengthen organizational culture, values and reputation
  • Participate with the Community team to make key process and value proposition decisions
  • Directly report to the VP of Operations

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree a must, advanced degree preferred.
  • At least 2 years of work experience in account management, customer service or related field. Bonus if you’re experienced in the Net Promoter Score model.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Motivation to develop a long term career in Relationship Management of Client Services.
  • Proven team-player and experience as an effective member of a close-knit team.
  • Exceptional ability to execute on ideas.
  • Process-oriented and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Motivation to work in a fast-paced, goal oriented environment and thrive under pressure.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.
  • Exceptional organization and prioritization skills.
  • Enthusiasm to chip in and do anything that helps the team. Nothing is beneath you.
  • Energetic and outgoing attitude. Enjoy networking, and forging new relationships.
  • Driven and hungry to learn.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Two month trial for all new hires.
  • Following completion of two month trial competitive base salary as well as comprehensive benefits.
