About The/Nudge Foundation:

The/Nudge Foundation focuses on sustainable poverty alleviation by building a strong 360-degree life, learning and economic/employability foundation through a 4-month residential Gurukul model for BPL youth, and then providing employment opportunities and a life-long support system. We have an ambitious goal to bring 1 million people sustainably out of poverty by 2020. What we are looking for?

Our first Gurukul is currently in operation and we have an ambitious plan of scaling to 10 Gurukuls in 2016. We are working towards building the deepest and most advanced thinking into adult learning in the World - esp. in literacy and life skills. And we seek to build a team that can design, deliver and execute this for 1 million youth in the next five years that will exit poverty and enter India's work force.
