Overview

We are delivering a funded Winter Outreach pilot supporting students who are isolated during the Christmas period. The programme is delivery-ready and supported by NHS professionals, accredited practitioners, and safeguarding-trained staff.

We are seeking an Operational Delivery Partner to support fast, responsible execution of this pilot and to act as a trusted delivery intermediary.

This opportunity is ideal for a charity, CIC, social enterprise, or experienced operator with strong governance and operational capacity.

Key Responsibilities

Act as an operational delivery partner for a short-term pilot

Hold and/or disburse pilot funds or pay agreed invoices on behalf of the project

Provide light-touch operational oversight and accountability

Support safe, timely delivery of welfare-focused activities

Liaise with the project lead and delivery professionals as needed

Essential Criteria

Established organisation or individual with demonstrable operational experience

Strong understanding of governance, safeguarding, and responsible fund management

Ability to move quickly on a time-sensitive pilot

Values-led approach aligned with social impact and student wellbeing

Desirable

Charity, CIC, or social enterprise status

Experience acting as a delivery partner or fiscal intermediary

Background in education, wellbeing, youth work, or community services

Partnership fee or expenses covered (to be agreed)
