My name is Jennifer Fei, and I am the Director of the GeoMatch research program at the Immigration Policy Lab (IPL) based at Stanford University. I’m writing to share that we're currently hiring a full-time Data Scientist to join the GeoMatch team.

In partnership with governments, the GeoMatch team studies and implements an algorithm-based matching tool to connect refugees and immigrants to locations within a host country where they are most likely to thrive. This global research initiative combines high-quality academic research with the work of a civic tech startup: product design, strategic partnerships, and advances in artificial intelligence.
