Hi all,

3 Dots (3dotsdowntown.com) is an arts and innovation community space in State College, PA focused on elevating the humanities, promoting local arts, cultivating innovative experiences, and offering an inclusive public space for civic engagement.

We are hiring an Assistant Director who can help us take the organization to the next level.

Since reopening our space in July 2021, we saw 20,000 people visit for all kinds of events, programs and galleries. With a strong focus on creative placemaking, that kind of foot traffic to our downtown has generated more than $500k in economic development.

With such demand for more arts, culture, and civic engagement opportunities in our area, we are looking for an emerging leader who loves operations, is a rockstar with building partnerships, likes putting on great parties and events (and helping others to do so), and thrives in an ever-evolving work environment.
