About Us

We are an innovation-led education group entering our expansion phase.

Our Floating Campus is a live, asset-backed delivery platform designed to:

  • Deliver community-based learning experiences

  • Generate revenue through hybrid education models

  • Act as a pilot and testing environment

  • Provide real-time feedback to our Lifelong Learning Institute (LLI)

  • Transition from diesel to solar/electric as part of our Net Zero strategy

This is not a conventional education role.
This is not a traditional charity leadership post.

We operate a hybrid corporate + impact model designed for replication and scale.


The Opportunity

We are appointing a UK-based Founding Director to lead the operational and commercial build of the Floating Campus platform during our expansion phase.

This is an equity-aligned, co-founder track position starting on a fractional basis, with pathway to full-time as revenue stabilises.

You will not inherit a finished structure.

You will build one.


Core Responsibilities

Commercial & Revenue

  • Convert existing income pipeline into secured revenue

  • Secure cash sponsorship and commercial partnerships

  • Develop scalable revenue models aligned to hybrid structure

Operations & Asset Leadership

  • Oversee vessel operations and contractor coordination

  • Lead transition from diesel to solar/electric infrastructure

  • Install reporting systems and operational frameworks

  • Hire and manage delivery team

Expansion Execution

  • Lead Spring Campus activation

  • Build systems for future campus replication

  • Maintain structured feedback loop with Lifelong Learning Institute


Structure & Governance

  • Reports to Group Founder / Board

  • Authority over Floating Campus operations and commercial strategy

  • Intellectual property and pedagogy remain within Lifelong Learning Institute

  • Clear governance and subsidiary structure in place
