Hi everyone,
As we are close to five months out before the election, we are rapidly ramping up our teams in Arizona. Arizona is a key battleground state for the presidential election, control of the US Senate, and multiple frontline House races. In addition, Democrats are just one seat away from a majority in both houses of the state legislature. We also expect to see an abortion access initiative on the ballot in November that would enshrine abortion rights in the state constitution. All of these races underscore the importance of this election for Arizonans and the country as a whole.
We are hiring for multiple roles on the Arizona Coordinated Campaign across several departments. We are also looking to hire Spanish-speaking organizers across the state. It is crucial to reach out to Latino communities in the state with the purpose of informing voters about the upcoming elections and empowering them to vote. The field organizer position is linked below for English and native Spanish speakers.
Arizona is a state where elections are close and every single staffer, from organizers to HQ staff, will make a difference. Last cycle, our attorney general, Kris Mayes was elected by just 280 votes, a field margin that wouldn’t be possible without the help of talented staff on the ground
