Hello everyone,
This is not a job posting.
This is an invitation — for builders, disruptors, and people who feel slightly restless when things stay the same.
NavGurukul is opening applications for an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) — a role for those who don’t just want to work in systems, but want to create new ones.
हज़ारों ख्वाहिशें ऐसी, कि हर ख्वाहिश पे दम निकले।
Thousands of desires — each strong enough to reshape the world.
Many of us enter the social sector thinking we’ll reduce our ambitions.
What actually happens?
Our ambitions multiply — because the problem is so much bigger than we imagined.
At NavGurukul, we’ve seen this firsthand.
What took us 8 years to build once can now be built in 2–3 years — when entrepreneurs focus on the core problem and the ecosystem takes care of the rest.
That’s what the EIR role is about.
Full-time | Remote (India)
Long-term commitment (5+ years preferred)
A chance to launch, lead, and scale your own initiative within or alongside NavGurukul
As an EIR, you won’t be “managing programs.”
You’ll be building new ones.
You can:
Launch entirely new initiatives or verticals
Scale and evolve existing programs like Meraki, Zuvy, Sama, Samyarth, and the School of Second Chances
Experiment boldly across education, ed-tech, AI, digital literacy, livelihoods, or entrepreneurship
Collaborate with other entrepreneurs inside the growing NGVerse
NavGurukul takes care of the boring but critical stuff so you can focus on impact:
Compliance, finance, payroll, tech, operations
Access to donor networks and fundraising support
Talent from within the NG ecosystem
Campuses, infrastructure, and credibility — from day one
You build the vision.
We help you scale it.
This is for you if:
You’ve founded, scaled, or led organizations (startup, non-profit, social enterprise — labels don’t matter)
You see opportunities where others see constraints
You want ownership, not just responsibility
You care deeply about impact — but also about execution and scale
We’ll provide initial support and talent, and help you raise funds through NavGurukul’s networks.
Over time, what you build and raise will depend on your vision, skill, and execution — with strong ecosystem backing.
If this email makes you pause — even for a moment — it’s worth a conversation.
If it reminds you of someone who should read this, please share it.
Some roles fill positions.
This one exists to create futures.
Warmly,
Neha Pandit
