The Share Trust is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing community-driven collective action around the world. We believe that people should have the power to shape their own communities. Yet, today, only a small fraction of international aid reaches the local actors who are leading the change they want to see.   

  

We are seeking a full-time Associate Director of Finance to oversee and run a robust financial management system. As a small but rapidly growing organization, the Share Trust offers a dynamic and innovative work environment. Every team member takes on diverse responsibilities, contributing to a wide range of initiatives. 

The Share Trust has been recognized for our pioneering research supporting locally led development. In this role, you will work closely with the Executive Director, Director of Operations, Director of Development, and Leadership Team to help shape and advance our mission. The Associate Director of Finance will also be the primary partner with our outside accounting firm, which includes a fractional CFO/strategy advisor, accountant, and bookkeeper. 

The Associate Director of Finance is the financial steward of the organization—owning core accounting functions, grant financial management, and compliance, while partnering with program teams to connect dollars to impact. This is a hands-on role that blends day-to-day financial operations with strategic oversight in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
