The Morgridge Family Foundation is seeking early-to-mid-career professionals to join the
2025 MAP Fellowship—a six-month, part-time program that pairs talented social sector leaders with experienced nonprofit executives to solve real-world organizational challenges.
Each year, MAP matches mid-career social sector professionals, known as MAP Fellows, with nonprofit executives, known as MAP Mentors, who have identified a strategic challenge within their organizations. Fellows and Mentors collaborate for six months, dedicating about 15 hours per month, or 90 hours total, while Fellows continue in their current, full-time roles. The program begins with a kick-off event where Fellows and Mentors meet in person, followed by a two-day site visit at the Mentor’s organization, two structured virtual brainstorming sessions, and an in-person culmination event where Fellows present their solutions to the MAP community.
The 2025 cohort brings together an exceptional group of leaders and organizations:
Adventure Scientists with Nathan Trappe;
Advance Pathways with Jim Goebelbecker;
Entrepreneurship for All (EforAll) with Meralis Hood;
HealthMPowers with Sequoya Howard;
Homegrown Pathways with Colin Lacy;
Jane Goodall Institute USA with Shawn Sweeney;
Just Value Inc. with Charu Singh;
Massachusetts Institute of Technology – Solve with Pooja Wagh;
PeopleForBikes with Grace Stonecipher;
SIRUM with Jen Chin;
UL Research Institutes – OREE with Nyla McFadden; and
Zora’s House with Liz Gordon-Canlas.
Nonprofits receive a $5,000 project grant to advance their proposed solution and fellows receive fully-funded travel to in-person program events, direct mentorship from seasoned nonprofit executives, and access to a competitive, national network of social impact leaders. The MAP community now includes more than 100 alumni who continue to share lessons learned and build relationships long after the program concludes.
The fellowship is open to early-to-mid-career professionals in the social sector who are ready to take on a complex challenge, expand their leadership skills, and make a measurable impact—without leaving their current role. Fellows must be based in the United States for the duration of the program. Applications must be received by 11:59 PM MT on Monday, September 29, 2025.
