Hello everyone!

immi lab is looking for a Program Manager to lead our immigrant youth development initiatives. We are a non-profit dedicated to ensuring the voices of immigrant youth are heard and supported. This role is for someone who can coordinate local partnerships, manage community engagement, and provide direct support to youth with immigrant roots (specifically ages 15–25) in the Shiga area.


  • Engagement: Part-time (2+ days/week) | Flexible / On-site in Shiga + Remote (in Japan)

  • Compensation: ¥100,000 – ¥200,000 / month (depending on hours/experience)

  • Mission: Empowering youth with immigrant roots through mentorship, career support, and building "ally" communities.

  • Deadline: January 31, 2026
