The City of San José is hiring a performance management strategist in the City Manager's Office to help us better measure outcomes, equity indicators, and performance of service delivery to our residents and businesses. The position will work toward monitoring and evaluation strategies in policy themes of: community and economic development, environment and utility services, neighborhood services, public safety, transportation and aviation services, strategic support, and other change initiatives and services transformations.
