Education Resource Strategies (ERS), a US national non-profit transforming school systems for greater equity, is looking for a Leadership Development Coordinator in the Boston Area!

The person in this role will play a crucial role in expanding and enhancing ERS' Leadership Development Practice, collaborating with the team to deliver impactful events, support knowledge management, and ensure a superior attendee experience, while actively contributing to the growth and impact of our non-profit organization. They'll leverage their superior organizational skills, flexibility, and commitment to promoting collaboration and equity within education systems.

The salary range is $65,000 to $80,000 (aligned with experience and organizational needs).
