Calvert Impact Capital is seeking an Impact Analyst to support our day-to-day impact measurement work, including supporting annual impact data collection and analysis, contributing to our annual impact report, and further developing our IMM analytics. Impact Measurement & Management (IMM) is a core component of Calvert Impact Capital’s work and is central to our new product strategy. IMM is how we assess impact across the organization, from the impact we have on our investors and our portfolio partners to the impact we have on communities around the world and on the planet.

The role requires someone who enjoys both data analysis and writing and who has superb organizational and project management skills. The Impact Analyst should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be passionate about understanding how organizations assess, measure, and manage impact across a wide variety of impact sectors and geographies. The Impact Analyst must also be strongly committed to the mission of Calvert Impact Capital. This position will report to the Director of Impact Management and will work across the organization, coordinating closely with members of the Investments and Investor Relations teams. This is a terrific opportunity for someone early in their career interested in investing for positive social and environmental impact.

About Calvert Impact Capital

Calvert Impact Capital uses investment capital to create a more equitable and sustainable world. Through our products and services, we raise capital from individual and institutional investors to finance intermediaries and funds that are investing in communities left out of traditional capital markets. During our 27-year history, we have mobilized $3 billion of investor capital that has fueled loans and investments into over 100 countries and nine impact sectors.

Calvert Impact Capital is a subsidiary of the newly formed CIC Global Impact, Inc. (CICGI), a mission-aligned nonprofit created to allow us to expand our products and services over time, while not changing the purpose, portfolio, balance sheet, operations, or staff and board of Calvert Impact Capital. We will leverage this new corporate structure to continue to innovate at Calvert Impact Capital, and in future subsidiaries that we plan to create.
