𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Global Recruitment 

Station: Nairobi or Kigali

𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Consultancy, 3–4 days/week

The ED will lead past, current, and future Fellowship cohorts and a strong coalition of partners— including the IKEA Foundation and Small Foundation (funders), Wageningen University & Research and Wasafiri (program partners). The candidate will engage with ecosystem partners across Kenya, Rwanda and the continent overall in government, civil society, academia, and the private sector.
