Hello,
I am writing to inform you that the 2022 ICM Mosaic Fellowship application is now open.
The Mosaic Fellowship provides high-performing first-year graduate students from traditionally underrepresented backgrounds the opportunity to spend a summer as an Associate at one of Impact Capital Managers’ member funds - North America’s leading private capital funds investing for positive social & environmental impact and superior returns. In 2021, our second year of the Fellowship, we hosted 19 Fellows at 17 of our member funds. We expect to select 15-20 Fellows for the 2022 cohort, individually placed across ICM’s network of 70+ best-in-class funds. You can learn more about the 2020/21 Fellows and their experiences here.
We would so appreciate if you could share this opportunity with your relevant networks. This is a paid, 10-week fellowship that gives students exposure to all areas of fund management (including: landscape analysis and market research, deal sourcing and due diligence, impact measurement and management, fundraising, and marketing and branding) and access to education and networking opportunities with leading impact funds.
