The African Visionary Fund (AVFund) is unleashing breakthrough impact by driving resources to high-impact African founders. We are looking to expand our team in Sub-Saharan Africa with a dynamic self-starter who will collaborate with our team in building and improving systems and processes for grantmaking and portfolio services. You are an ideal candidate if;

• You truly believe in equitable partnerships between funders and grantees.
• Have proven results in an investment or grantmaking or portfolio management environment
• Ability to effectively influence and collaborate within diverse multicultural teams
• High level of strategic thinking with a strong ability to analyze organizational data and draw impactful insight
• The role is based in West Africa. The successful candidate must have pre-existing work authorization in their desired country of residence
