The EnDAOment Program Officer for Regen Foundation will support the establishment of the Community Stake Governance Model for Regen Ledger, the ecological blockchain of the Regen Network ecosystem. This role offers a huge opportunity to work closely with underrepresented communities to ensure they have a voice in the governance of the ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Executive Director to establish a strategy for the enDAOment process to give away REGEN tokens to underrepresented communities
• Engage with a broad set of community stakeholders across the world (scientists, developers, farmers, researchers, indigenous communities, etc.) to implement a just pipeline to allocate the DAOs and increase the outreach of the network
• Support the creation of DAOs and candidate DAOs based on the community needs (DAO incubators)
• Coordinate with partners to mentor DAO candidates to receive and govern the tokens and the staking rewards
• Establish a just enDAOment process
• Manage communications and outreach through media relations, social media etc.
• Help build positive relations with the candidate DAOs and members of the Regen Network
• Schedule and organize meetings/events and maintain agenda
• Provide mentorship and support on onboarding the candidate DAOs
• Support growth and program development
