Grow Progress is hiring a Senior Research Strategist!

The Senior Research Strategist will lead client relationships and conduct basic data analyses, focused on supporting Grow Progress’s most complex and highest-impact enterprise clients. This role will report to the EVP, Strategy and Research, and will work closely with the Client Success, Research Strategy, and Data Science departments, acting as a key team member across these critical teams. While this position requires familiarity with statistics, it is not a technical position.

What's Grow Progress? We are a quickly growing team of more than 40 people who are passionate about giving strategists the tools to persuade more people. We power breakthroughs in persuasion by helping strategists to more deeply understand the people they’re aiming to move — not just how they look, but how they think. We then give strategists the ability to scientifically test their messages at a radically accessible cost, so they have the freedom to test more creative strategies. 

Compensation: $100k-115k per year (depending on experience), plus equity. Benefits include a company health plan with medical, dental, and vision insurance, a flexible PTO plan, and a 401(k) with employer matching, among others. 

Location: We're based in DC, but remote-friendly from coast to coast!
