The Anti-Recidivism Coalition (ARC) Los Angeles office seeks an entrepreneurial, talented, and mission-driven Director of Development to amplify our mission to end mass incarceration by uplifting and empowering formerly and currently incarcerated people.

The Director of Development is responsible for creating, implementing, and managing the organization’s annual and multi-year development strategies and overseeing all fundraising activities, including grants and contracts, major giving, corporate sponsorship, capital, and other special-purpose campaigns, Board engagement, and special events. The ideal candidate is a development generalist with at least eight years of experience in fundraising and senior leadership at organizations with comparable budgets.

COMPENSATION

The salary for this position is $100-$125k annually. This is an exempt, full-time position based in person out of the Los Angeles office. ARC also offers full-time employees a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and a 401k match as well as access to community events and activations like white water rafting, camping, retreats, visits to carceral institutions, etc. This position will travel 5-6 times per year.
